Efficient Mixture Production
The MudMixer® uses a two-phase system with an auger and two spray nozzles to mix the desired amount of water into the dry material. This keeps the mix flowing perfectly until the job is done. This system is designed to increase the number of projects you can complete with less time, energy, and labor costs involved.
With the portable MudMixer®, one person can mix 1 yard of concrete in one hour. The adjustable water dial lets you control the wet/dry consistency, and once set, it stays the same for the entire pour. There's no need for a wheelbarrow, simply roll the MudMixer® to your forms and pour directly. Because it’s a continuous mixer, you don’t have to stop and mix in batches. Before moving the mixer into the desired position, simply empty the bag of concrete, stucco, grout, or mortar mix into the hopper.
2. Adjust the Water Flow
Set the water dial for the desired water flow for your mixture.
3. Mix and Place
Continue to feed the hopper and watch the MudMixer® produce and dispense your desired mixture material into your forms.
4. Clean Up
Cleaning the MudMixer® is easy. Simply clean the mixer thoroughly with the secondary hose and spray nozzle provided with the unit.
